Candidate Charter
Registering as a candidate of Caribou Personnel ensures you the following quality services:
CV submission:
Shortly after submitting your CV or applying for a job you will receive conformation of receipt via telephone/email.
Prior to interview:
A CV will not be put forward for any vacancy without the candidates' permission.
We will always inform the candidate of the complete job description.
Interview Stage:
Candidates will be contacted with all interview details as soon as confirmed by the client. If the interview date is imminent then contact will be via telephone.
Soon after the interview process has ended we will inform the candidate of all feedback from the client.
Job Offer/Placement:
Candidates will be informed the complete information of any offers received, including the type of work, hours required, benefits, salary, notice period and all health & safety risks.
A member of our staff will regularly contact all candidates when on placement to check whether the position is going to their satisfaction and to solve any questions/concerns had by the candidate.
In the event of a possible contract extension, contact to the candidate will be made when ascertained by Caribou.
